Select "Yes" in Section H and describe the business operations , so that the State may understand the types of goods or services provided, and the relationships between your business and Iran or other businesses. Agencies and universities will consider this information on individual bids, proposals, and contracts to determine whether or not the business operations present excessive risk to the State if we contract with your business.​​
